shortlisted. The firms included Lotus Engineering Sustainability. 00:15:51
Research. 00:15:59
Institute and Ramble, America's Engineering. 00:16:01
The best value qualification based elections process was forward as described in county code. 00:16:05
The RFP was issued on November 6, 2023. The mandatory pre proposal meeting was held. 00:16:12

Sustainability. 00:16:24

Review and interview scores. For the record, the selection committee members determined that the RFP during the interview process 00:16:36
did not clearly communicate both counties expectations for this project. 00:16:43
Therefore, the selection teams recommendation is for the Board of County Commissioners to reject the bid. 00:16:50
In a rebuild of a new RFQ RFP that will clarify the environmental justice topics to be addressed, so a communication plan that 00:16:56
ensures meaningful communication, stakeholder engagement throughout the process and all tools should be used for informed decision 00:17:03

electronically. 00:23:54
Welcome Jason. Happy New Year Commission. Happy New Year's. 00:23:59
This is a contract amendment for a long standing program in our department. The reason for the contract amendment is pretty 00:24:02
simple. 00:24:06
One of our long serving nurses for personal reasons can no longer work full time, but she has indicated willingness or ability to 00:24:09
work part time. We want to keep her. Nurses are hard to find and harder to keep. So this contract amendment takes a full time 00:24:17
position and creates 2 part-time positions, so 220 hour positions as opposed to 140 hour position. The program is 100% grant 00:24:26
funded so any costs associated with the change are funded through the grant and. 00:24:34
This was submitted on a past round dated December 14, 2023, and I recommend that the Board approve the contract amendment. 00:24:42

morning Commissioner Ryan Rose, Information Technology. This change order as I outlined in the work passing around that was 00:25:18
reviewed and approved by the all 5 commissioners to be placed on the agenda today. 00:25:24
Addresses a six month extension for our phase one Go live for July of 2024. 00:25:32
It also addresses the new timeline for phase two, which is our finance implementation. 00:25:37
Some integration updates and changes to those platforms. 00:25:42

time where we open it up to the public to speak on anything they wish to speak not on today's agenda. We ask that you respectfully 00:26:16
keep your comments to 3 minutes and if anybody would like to make public comment, please come forward. 00:26:23
Come on up, Mr. 00:26:30
Thank good morning for the working. My name is Steve Keats and it's a bright new year. 00:26:40
And it's a fresh start, hopefully until 2024 is better than 2023. 00:26:48
But I do have a good idea. 00:26:56
Because, well, County is growing. 00:26:59
Real fast. 00:27:02
I think that we need to have a regional bus system and I know I've talked to this about before, but it's we're getting more people 00:27:04
in and cities or towns that used to be very small towns are growing and we need connectivity. 00:27:12
And I was thinking that maybe to start off with that the Royal, McKinney County, Royal County and the MPO can get together and I 00:27:21
could be ideas of of routes as well to get a good foundation route system because people need to travel. 00:27:29
And we have a hard time getting over on the West side or even down South or whatever for whatever it's work, medical, whatever 00:27:37
else. It is very important and it tend to be able to travel. 00:27:45
And. 00:27:53
People with disability seeing this, even the poor have a hard time. 00:27:55
And in fact. 00:27:59
Even our own bus system here in Greeley Evans, far away short and. 00:28:02
I have a friend that his one of his parents died and was hospitaled here in Greeley and he couldn't go see him because. 00:28:07
That that the Lee Evans Transit. 00:28:18
They said they didn't have, you know, be able to take them and they didn't run on Sundays. 00:28:23
And you want to go. 00:28:32
To visit before his dad died and he couldn't because of they didn't have a quote. 00:28:34
To be able to do it, to make an appointment, and I think that was really sad. 00:28:43
I tell anybody if you're disabled or not. 00:28:49
We need to have a good transportation system, transit, mobility and everything like that. We have a mobility council here in 00:28:53
Lowell County as well as Grammar County, Lerner County, just better than Weld County. 00:28:59
We need to get together. 00:29:06
Because if you don't, this goes my second thing. 00:29:08
1000 because we can't get. 00:29:12
And we're being overwhelmed, attacked, I would say attacked by the South because the murder isn't closed and we need to, is are 00:29:17
taking our resources. 00:29:23
And we just need to do something about before we went out of resources for our citizens much less than. 00:29:29
Let's see. 00:29:37
So Oh yeah, one other thing. I forgot to bring it up. The best thing. 00:29:40
That goes from Sterling to Greeley. 00:29:44
That. 00:29:49
Is failure worse than 34? Express every wise and lucky if you get 5 people a week on that. I talked to the bus driver every so 00:29:52
often and he thinks it's ridiculous and a failure too, even though he gets paid. 00:29:59
So I think that we need to revamp the rest of the routes. What I understand with bustling is a success. It's just this one, it's a 00:30:08
great big failure. Thank you. Thanks Mr. ****. Anybody else wish to bring public comment forward? 00:30:15
All right. So then we'll go ahead and adjourn. It's 9:23 AM. Thank you. 00:30:24

Research. 00:15:59
Institute and Ramble, America's Engineering. 00:16:01

Sustainability. 00:16:24
Interviews were conducted on December 18th and the selection team provided RFP. 00:16:30
Review and interview scores. For the record, the selection committee members determined that the RFP during the interview process 00:16:36
did not clearly communicate both counties expectations for this project. 00:16:43
Therefore, the selection teams recommendation is for the Board of County Commissioners to reject the bid. 00:16:50

electronically.

time where we open it up to the public to speak on anything they wish to speak not on today's agenda.
Thank you. 00:30:24
scroll up
