| recent idea is to take juveniles and adults who are incompetent to stand trial and put them in the diversion program. | 00:13:07 | |
| More to come on that later, but I testified in front of Senate Judiciary on Monday and very concerning to us so. | 00:13:15 | |
| This program is going to become I think all the more important that it is right now in terms of diverting kids out of the juvenile | 00:13:21 | |
| justice system. What we're asking for authorization to apply for is a non competitive allocation. It's been a competitive grant in | 00:13:29 | |
| years past. It has changed to a an allocation formula totaling $168,300 which is about a $15,000 increase from what we received | 00:13:36 | |
| from DCJ last year. There is no county match but largely this funds our Google diversion program for. | 00:13:44 | |
