Proposals were received. Five of them will be able to be scored. One was not. It failed to. 00:08:25
Meet the minimum requirements. The five Responsive Proposals were reviewed by the Selection Committee made-up of Public works and 00:08:34
pushing the Department. The proposals were reviewed in accordance with Quality Based Selection QBs process outlined in Section 00:08:41

Followed in order to qualify the consultants to perform the environmental services on the Public Works projects which have C dot 00:08:55
grants and attached to them all five of the selection committee members ranked Tigris Ecological Services as number one. Public 00:09:02
Works recommends awarding the contract to Tigress. 00:09:09
Ecological services in the amount of 115,000 public works has budgeted. 00:09:16

19th year that I know of that she is. She's been working on this project to run the best juvenile diversion program in the state. 00:12:52
Juvenile diversion is going to become a hot topic down at the legislature in the event that you missed it. The legislature's most 00:13:01
recent idea is to take juveniles and adults who are incompetent to stand trial and put them in the diversion program. 00:13:07
More to come on that later, but I testified in front of Senate Judiciary on Monday and very concerning to us so. 00:13:15
This program is going to become I think all the more important that it is right now in terms of diverting kids out of the juvenile 00:13:21
justice system. What we're asking for authorization to apply for is a non competitive allocation. It's been a competitive grant in 00:13:29
years past. It has changed to a an allocation formula totaling $168,300 which is about a $15,000 increase from what we received 00:13:36
from DCJ last year. There is no county match but largely this funds our Google diversion program for. 00:13:44
2025 So we would ask for your authorization to submit that application. 00:13:52
It is due February 5th and 1st is happy to answer any questions that you might have. 00:13:56
