Actually, the FFA program across the country is is really important to the future of agriculture across this country. 00:10:17
Highland has a very has a very robust FFA program up there. They have a lot of kids that are involved in that. They do a lot of 00:10:25
things. They do a lot of things in the community. 00:10:30
Janine has been on the Advisory Board since they originally started and now she's back on the advisory committee up there. And so 00:10:36
you know, we're all very much involved with what goes on with FFA up there. And so I just want to thank you guys for coming today. 00:10:41
Thanks for what you do and thanks for making that such a successful program up there. 00:10:47
Commissioner saying. 00:10:53
I just said thank you so much your your leadership is noted and again we really rely on the rural parts of the county to feed us, 00:10:55
to club us to sustain what's going on in our cities and and thank you so much for providing that future for the rest of us so that 00:11:02
we can continue doing the things that we do include sitting at this dies today. So thank you so much. 00:11:10
I agree with both of my fellow commissioners. FFA is huge. It's it is the future. We see most of our leaders, I would say, come 00:11:18
out of FFA. Agriculture is so valuable, not only the well county, but it's. 00:11:26
To the United States, we do so much here in Wales County and what you're doing to get our youth more involved, more engaged, can't 00:11:33
thank you enough. I know I was speaking earlier with you. Greeley West has a big FFA program and we wish you all the best and all 00:11:40
the success with all the things that you have going this week. So good luck. Thank you. And with that we will take a picture with 00:11:46
you. I think we all can go down. 00:11:53

1/2. 00:12:30
123. 00:12:34

Now on to new business. 00:15:48
Consider equitable sharing agreement of sort of and certification and authorized 19th Judicial District Attorney's office to 00:15:51
submit electronically. Good morning, commissioners Michael Work and the District Attorney. Let me introduce my driver for the next 00:15:57
couple of weeks. Mr. Rob Miller, the assistant VA. I think I said this to Y'all last year. You're going to love this. I have to 00:16:02
come and ask for you to authorize us to file and authorize your chair to sign a report to the Department of Justice indicating 00:16:08
that we accepted no money last year. 00:16:13
We have to make this report because if next year we do want to ask for money and we're out of compliance with not submitting this 00:16:19
report, then we don't get to take money. Largely, the the funding that this equitable sharing relates to is seizure money from the 00:16:27
drug task force or any civil forfeitures that this office may ever do, which won't happen while I'm the District Attorney. So I 00:16:34
need you to authorize us to sign a $0.00 report to the Department of Justice, if you would, please. 00:16:42
Answer any questions, move to approve. Second, it's been moved by commissioner Freeman, Second by commissioner saying all in 00:16:50
favor, say aye, opposed, say nay. Thank you. Thank you so much for coming. 00:16:55
I'm sorry, what's that you hobbled in here for? 0I hobbled in here for 0. 00:17:01
That's dedication, Sir. 00:17:08
So now is the time for any public comment. Anybody from the audience that would like to speak on anything outside of the agenda, 00:17:11
please. 00:17:15
Feel free to come when you have 3 minutes. 00:17:20
Not seeing any, we are adjourned. 00:17:24
