safe by running a county jail, facilitating award-winning 9/11 dispatching service, or organizing one of the best county fairs in 00:05:21

Employees make well, county government the best it can be. And whereas Employee Appreciation Day aims to highlight the commitment 00:05:32
of employees everywhere and we join in that effort, the innovative, responsive and cost effective service we aim to provide is 00:05:38
only possible through the dedication of our employees and we truly thank them for their effort. And whereas the proclamation is 00:05:44

The low bid is from Connell Resources. However, when Public Works trucking costs are factored in based on the location of the 00:09:28
