	Ordered the property owner to apply manure to hopefully alleviate the emergency and then also just as a brief reminder of the.	00:29:25

	Requires the board to act.	00:29:38
	In cases of blowing dust emergencies.	00:29:40
	And essentially.	00:29:43
	To see if the property owner doesn't act, if the Township will act to do something to train and alleviate the blowing dust.	00:29:45
