	Health Department. Yeah, Mike has been with us for 13 years. I've worked with him for the last 10 months.	00:19:07
	Yeah, I will tell you he is just a fantastic.	00:19:14
	Educator and our Childhood Obesity Prevention program is a registered dietitian. He's a nutritionist.	00:19:17
	And just I have to say, Mike, you're, you're a good man. He's a great guy, you know, I'll admit.	00:19:24
	I didn't get to know Mike as well as I have our other staff members because he's very quiet.	00:19:29
	But he's made an impression on me. In fact, I remember the first time in our staff meeting better and say something.	00:19:35
	It made an impression for two reasons. 1 is that I didn't know the man talked.	00:19:41
	What what he said was very positive about his staff members. I remember this day he thanked a couple of his staff members for	00:19:48
	helping him out with something and it's been that way ever since.	00:19:52
	I don't know, people who talk all the time, right, maybe don't have too much to say, and some people struggle with something	00:19:57
	positive to say.	00:20:01
	Mike is unique in that he doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's just he's very sincere and humble.	00:20:05
	And I really appreciate you just.	00:20:11
	Bringing that into the office every day, Mike, in a world where it seems that's harder and harder to come by. He's a Goodman. He's	00:20:14
	a good friend.	00:20:17
	I hope that you will keep in touch with this Mike, because you are leaving some friends behind for sure.	00:20:21
	So thank you for all your work, your dedication. I'm going to miss him as the only person that gets in the office at 7:00 and very	00:20:26

	All right, this proclamation for the University Bulldogs Day, February 12th, 2025.	00:25:24
	Whereas the University Bulldogs Palm team competed in the 2024 State Championship on December 14th at the Denver Coliseum.	00:25:30
	And whereas the Bulldog took home the Class 2A3A state championship.	00:25:38
	Behind a performance that earned them.	00:25:43
	84.4 points, just enough to claim the title.	00:25:45
	The championship is the Palm program, 6th in school history and 2nd in three years.	00:25:49
	And whereas the consistent success of the University Palms team has elevated the awareness surrounding dance and garnered the	00:25:55
	sport.	00:25:59
	Recognition for the athletic ability and timing it requires.	00:26:03
	This season's state championship victory also garnered.	00:26:07
	Gina Shepherd, Coach of the Year honors from the Colorado High School Activities Association.	00:26:10
	And whereas only team members, parents and coaches truly know the work that went into this season.	00:26:16
	However, we do know the traits like teamwork and dedication.	00:26:22
	Are critical to success and we're proud to see our young people apply each when striving towards a goal.	00:26:25
	The state championship and this proclamation.	00:26:32
	Will forever memorialize that the goal was achieved and we hope every team member remembers they are capable of great things.	00:26:35

	It's the same way all through life. You apply yourself to something you dream of and you'll accomplish it. Then you'll have to	00:29:07

	previous ones that your group is one as far as and as well as the last two out of the three.	00:30:24

	And it wasn't just why the season was going. There's a lot of offseason work as well. And.	00:30:33

	When you're at the top, everybody comes getting for you and I know it takes a lot of hard work on your own part, a lot of planning	00:30:39
	and preparation on your coaches part to get you guys to the very top.	00:30:44

	Takes a lot of hard work on their part and a lot of sacrifice to get you there, so make sure you recognize that and remember that.	00:30:51

	And whereas engineers in Well County continue to be an integral to the advancement of our community's infrastructure from the	00:34:23
	design review oversight.	00:34:28
	Site and construction of roads and bridges and other vital construction projects.	00:34:32
	And whereas engineering professionals are instrumental.	00:34:37
	And ensuring that designs and developments adhere to legal, environmental and safety standards, as well as the community values	00:34:40

	And whereas the National Society of Professional Engineers.	00:34:49
	Established National Engineers Week in 1951 to coincide with George Washington's Birthday, celebrating the invaluable contribution	00:34:52

	They are 50 hour a week employees pretty much on a regular basis just because they're trying to get.	00:36:11

	It's very meticulous work for them. They don't.	00:36:19
	They don't like anybody to find a problem with anything they've done.	00:36:22
	And then when they're out on projects, I mean they're, they're 7080 hours a week sometimes trying to get stuff done and that they	00:36:26
	are fantastic group of employees. I am proud.	00:36:31
	To say I get to work alongside them each and every day.	00:36:36

	These folks, they're, they're smart, they're competent, and they really bring that common sense into the intersection of design	00:36:50

	You know, in the world, it's engineers and their development standards and then the rest of us lay people. And I couldn't be more	00:36:56
	thankful for the things that they bring to the team for the development, for the safety of this county and the residents in it.	00:37:02
	And yeah, truly just it's going to be a great week to celebrate them and really pull them out of their box a little bit. So thanks	00:37:08

	It made an impression for two reasons. 1 is that I didn't know the man talked.	00:19:41
	What what he said was very positive about his staff members. I remember this day he thanked a couple of his staff members for	00:19:48
	helping him out with something and it's been that way ever since.	00:19:52
	I don't know, people who talk all the time, right, maybe don't have too much to say, and some people struggle with something	00:19:57

	Mike is unique in that he doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's just he's very sincere and humble.	00:20:05

	Bringing that into the office every day, Mike, in a world where it seems that's harder and harder to come by. He's a Goodman. He's	00:20:14
