8) CONSIDER EMERGENCY ORDINANCE #257-A, IN THE MATTER OF A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE YEAR 2021: Don Warden, Director of the Department of Planning Services, is requesting this emergency ordinance to be continued due to Commissioner’s James and Saine being absent until Monday, October 11, 2021. Commissioner Freeman moved to approve said emergency ordinance. The motion, which was seconded by Commissioner Buck , carried unanimously.
