Trust. I wanna say thank you to a solid dude for for a great job well done. What are what are your plans now that you're retiring? | 00:12:50
Yeah, so I'm gonna go back to the military full time. | 00:12:58
Dude squared. | 00:13:04
Very much but it's alright. Well thank you. I appreciate that continued service room and you you've you've done a great job here | 00:13:06
at Weld County. We've heard many great things about you and the excellent job that you've done here and I just want to say thank | 00:13:11
you because it's. | 00:13:16
You touched a lot of lives. You jump. | 00:13:21
Thank you, Sir. | 00:13:23
So it doesn't seem like a certificate is enough as far as I don't think you did all the things on the certificate that you've | 00:13:24
done, but I've just got a question for you. | 00:13:28
Um. | 00:13:33 | |
I'm interested because you're you were in the Sheriff's Office. | 00:13:34
And then you went to the Department of Human Services. | 00:13:37
Ohh question. How did your time in the Sheriff's Office? | 00:13:40
Equip you in Human Services. What was that interaction like between 1:00 to the other and how did that help? | 00:13:44
Well, I could definitely say this. If you could work in a jail, you could work anywhere. | 00:13:50
Is she the best word that ever was? | 00:14:00
It is really a it was a great start for me just to I went into criminal justice build so I wanted to. | 00:14:03
And. | 00:14:09 | |
Experience and work. | 00:14:10
Within criminal justice, and one of those is, of course. | 00:14:12
For basin and corrections and. | 00:14:14
So I've had, I've had a good career and it really developed me to understand people and motivation. | 00:14:17
As as Mr. Gansler I. | 00:14:24
People are like, yeah, yeah, so I really. | 00:14:28
Work and delve into what people do and why they do it and motivate. So I think that's kind of helped me along my career. Wow. | 00:14:31
That's awesome. Thank you so much for your service. Thank you, ma'am. So you know, I it's hard to figure out all that, but I just | 00:14:40
want to thank you for what you do. | 00:14:45
And going back to the military, yeah. So that's that is really cool. You know, that's it's such an honor to have people in front | 00:14:51
of us that have helped make this country what it is today. So thank you for what you've done. Thank you for all of your service to | 00:14:58
all county over the years and hopefully get a chance to enjoy a little bit of your retirement, even though you are doing exactly | 00:15:04
retired. But thank you for what you do. So and with that, if we could take a picture. | 00:15:11
Completed. Come on up and take a picture and we can all. | 00:15:18
Yeah, whoever, Whoever you want come up, bring him up. | 00:15:23
Was down around. | 00:15:28
What's going on with that? | 00:15:31
Not that. | 00:15:34 | |
You continue to share sometimes. | 00:15:42
Like it? | 00:15:46 | |
How much? | 00:15:47 | |
This this. | 00:15:50 | |
You heard everybody, 123. | 00:15:55
123. | 00:15:59 | |
Thank you, President Trump. Thank you. Thank you. | 00:16:04
Regulation and it helps me in discussing. | 00:16:07
How are you? | 00:16:12 | |
What's up? | 00:16:16 | |
Good one. | 00:16:19 | |
Well, I wanted to know. | 00:16:31
Alright. | 00:16:37 | |
OK. | 00:16:41 | |
OK, So the next one we have is Proclamations kinship care month. | 00:16:42
Come on up on, Rover. | 00:16:47
Jamie But One County is steadfast in their commitment to promoting the safety and well-being of our children and complete, | 00:16:49
including providing a safe, stable household and with children and youth can be nurtured and succeed. And whereas all children and | 00:16:55
youth deserve a safe and secure place to live and kinship, caregiver services are an important permanency option for children as | 00:17:01
it minimizes trauma and loss. | 00:17:06
And whereas individuals and families caring for relatives or close family, friends, child make numerous personal and financial | 00:17:13
sacrifice to support the children in need. | 00:17:17
And whereas. | 00:17:23 | |
The kinship culture is an alignment with Weld County values and is committed to examining existing policies, programs and services | 00:17:24
through an Equity Folks Focus lens. And whereas Kinship Caremount provides an opportunity to showcase the accomplishments of | 00:17:31
countless youth throughout Weld County who are, with the unconditional support of grandparents and other relatives, have | 00:17:37
successfully navigated the emotional difficulties of separation from their parents. | 00:17:44
Now, therefore. | 00:17:51
Coming. | 00:17:53 | |
Butte proclaimed by the Wall County Board of Commissioners that September 2023 be known as Kinship Care Month in Will County. We | 00:17:53
encourage all citizens to raise their awareness and understanding of the positive family environment that kinship families offer | 00:17:59
for many children. Signed by all five county commissioners. Thank you. | 00:18:06
Thank you commissioners, Junior Department of Human Services. It's a bittersweet day for us at the department. We did lose a | 00:18:16
valued member of our 12 county family yesterday, so we are saddened by that. But we really do want to take today to celebrate our | 00:18:23
Kinship Awareness Month. We are just rocking it with our kinship team. You can see a lot of this stuff here today. Kinship is such | 00:18:29
an. | 00:18:36 | |
Important part of what we do in child welfare, it truly is the basis of of well-being and permanency and stability for the | 00:18:42
families that we intersect with. And so we make every effort possible to ensure that we are placing kids with Ken and never | 00:18:50
stopping that search and never stopping that work as we engage through through cases. I wanted to give you some stats here today. | 00:18:57
So nationally there are 2.5 million children and youth that. | 00:19:05
Currently in Kinship Care in Colorado over 3000 children and youth and in Weld County we have 432 youths in Kinship Care which far | 00:19:13
exceeds the number of children we have in foster care, which is a credit to to the folks that you see here today. | 00:19:21
It's also really important to recognize that kinship families often step up to care for children and youth, sometimes with little | 00:19:31
or no notice at all. Sometimes there's a calm and middle of the night and you know, we're saying we have your nephew or your | 00:19:38
grandson and and you know would would you be a placement for them. So there's not a lot of prep time, there's not a lot of ability | 00:19:46
to plan and prepare, and we really see these kinship families step up in huge ways to help. | 00:19:53
Support those those children and and and give them lifelong connections and the stability that they need. So I wanna, you know, I | 00:20:01
wanna call out with staff specifically because they do an amazing job. So staff, when I call your name, please stand up. I'm gonna | 00:20:08
run through the list fairly quickly. Heather Walker. Robin Overman, please stay standing as well. Julie Lovely. Stacy Devore. | 00:20:16
Jamie Sanders. Karen Crandall. Lauren Hayes. | 00:20:23
Move on, Timothy Ferris. | 00:20:31
Downingtown Lorenzo Calendar, Tyler Nava, Kelly Madden, Karen Crandall, Damian Tapia was at Domingos. | 00:20:33
How do you Ariana March, Martin Rodriguez, John Killen, Jamie Irwin, Ruben Hernandez, Mary Breen and Wendy Aragon. Commissioners, | 00:20:43
this team is amazing. They go above and beyond every day for the Kinship family, so I would love love to recognize them today. | 00:20:53
Thank you. | 00:21:04 | |
Have the pleasure this morning to have a Kinship family with us. This morning, Kenneth and Julie Yarbrough are sitting over there. | 00:21:10
If you would please stand up and allow us the opportunity to celebrate you as well. Thank you for coming. | 00:21:17
Again, thank you, Commissioners. We really appreciate this recognition. | 00:21:28
It's. | 00:21:31 | |
Commissioner James. | 00:21:33
Attention team and Kinship family. Thank you so much for the amazing work that you do. Excuse me. | 00:21:35
It is obviously our our highest priority to keep that kiddo with bio mom and dad. Sometimes that can't happen. So the second best | 00:21:41
thing to do is to get him into to family with which they are familiar and continue to improve and can continue to provide that to | 00:21:46
that stable home. | 00:21:51
The work that you do cannot be praised by this board. | 00:21:57
And by the general community enough because the. | 00:22:00
And that family, that's that's the root of all that we do. And your work in protecting and stabilizing those families and making | 00:22:04
sure that kid has that home is, is just. | 00:22:08
Something that I cannot command about enough to a kinship. Mom and dad over here. Mom. I noticed you when when baby Coos and | 00:22:13
giggles a little bit you you could oh geez. When this meeting and all that we are soulless if we cannot be enlightened by the | 00:22:19
Google and Per and even cry of a child. So let him speak up because that is a that's what it's all about. So thank you so much for | 00:22:24
what you do. Thank you. | 00:22:30
Mr. Buck, thank you team out there. I just have had the the the blessing to see some of your events as you take place and it's | 00:22:36
it's just there's so much care and concern for each and every child. What you do, you go above and beyond. | 00:22:44
I I can't thank you enough and and God bless you, what you do is is is tough and I don't think I could do it. So I commend you and | 00:22:52
thank you again for all that you do for Weld County. Really appreciate it. | 00:22:59
Thank you. | 00:23:06 | |
You know, I mentioned when you guys had your big BBQ here about a month ago or whatnot, It everywhere I go, I'm able to see | 00:23:08
somewhere that Human Services touches on. All this is one of those big things that I see that immediate impact because community | 00:23:14
members, they talk about the work that you do on a continual basis because of the youth and the lives that you touch. And guys, | 00:23:19
it's an amazing job. It takes extremely. | 00:23:25
Special and gifted people to do that job on a daily basis. | 00:23:31
And and to our families that that provide that care as well, it's amazing. I just want to say thank you, keep up the great work. | 00:23:35
We're very proud of you. | 00:23:38
Thank you. | 00:23:42 | |
Yes, Director Oracle question. Which is the end of These folks work during some of the darkest hours of night when we're all | 00:23:45
asleep. | 00:23:48 | |
Ohh, absolutely. They they never stop. They never stop and that's that's tremendous. Not only for the kinship families but for the | 00:23:53
crew here as well, but. | 00:23:57
No matter what the hours are. And some of those placements are so fascinating. Stories and kids coming. | 00:24:02
With nothing, we're coming with clothes filled with mold that they have to be stripped off and burned and. | 00:24:08
And they have to go find clothes that fit them and they have to call friends and family and others to get supplies for them and | 00:24:13
even go to school and. | 00:24:18
Or even be schooled. | 00:24:24
So I just thank you so much for acting at all hours and I'm not sure that's recognized enough. | 00:24:26
That's your 24 hour response team and sometimes the. | 00:24:31
And the unimaginable happens during those hours, too. | 00:24:34
And being on call. So thank you so much. | 00:24:38
Thank you. | 00:24:41 | |
So once again, I agree with everything that's been said, you know? | 00:24:42
You guys, you guys are out there working with our, our greatest asset. | 00:24:46
Quite honestly, not only World County but across the state and that's our kids. So the ability to have that many, that many kids | 00:24:51
placed in in with families instead of foster care, that is not that they're doing wrong with foster care, but it's so much better | 00:24:56
to be able to be with families that they know that we that you know care about them That is just really an amazing thing that you | 00:25:02
guys do and and. | 00:25:08
As Commissioner Singh said, it's not a it's not an 8 to 5 job, it's a 24/7 job and so thank you so much for what you guys do for | 00:25:14
the kids in Weld County. | 00:25:18
So thanks, thank you and if we could take a picture to you. | 00:25:22
Broken. | 00:25:35 | |
Stop. | 00:25:37 | |
Should be here. Yeah, he's he's awesome. | 00:25:38
Can I do this? | 00:25:51 | |
Packing a little bit. | 00:25:57
Still not getting lined up. | 00:25:59
Hopefully have you guys come in just a little. | 00:26:02
Ohh yeah I'm working on it absolutely. | 00:26:07
Look at those overalls. | 00:26:11

Great job everybody. Thank you. | 00:26:36
And then I realized this pop up. | 00:26:40
Thank you. | 00:26:43 | |
Thank you. | 00:26:44 | |
Thank you. Thank you. | 00:26:46
Uh. | 00:27:01 | |
OK, now what if I was #6? | 00:27:03
Baby. | 00:27:07 | |
I remember now. | 00:27:08
One more proclamation this morning, and that is. | 00:27:11
National Preparedness Month. Come on up, Roy, and I'll read this into the record. | 00:27:14
Whereas No2 emergencies may be the same, but preparedness is a common denominator that can keep people safe and allow them to | 00:27:19
protect themselves, their families, their pets and their property. | 00:27:24
And whereas national preparedness preparedness in this month is part. | 00:27:30
Of a national effort to encourage residents to set aside time in September to establish or update evacuation plans. | 00:27:34
And create preparedness kits which can keep people comfortable for up to 72 hours following an emergency and whereas while it's | 00:27:41
important for. | 00:27:45
I support all for residents to take part in national preparedness. | 00:27:49
Once we join Ready Gov. And it's an initiative to stress the importance of emergency planning among older adults. Much of this | 00:27:53
preparedness centers are centers around knowledge of common disasters, identifying where emergency shelters are in the community | 00:28:00
and taking advantage of tools like weather radios or signing up for Code Red sustain situationally aware and whereas we encourage | 00:28:08
residents to check out the many resources available to them to to help make the seemingly large task of preparedness more. | 00:28:15
Achievable preparedness tips can be found at www.ready.gov, www.weldoem.com or by viewing our 12 Months of Emergency Preparedness | 00:28:23
Tips Flyer at www.wellgov slash GO dot slash PIO Now, therefore be it proclaimed by the Board of Weld County Commissioners at | 00:28:30
September 2023, be known as National Preparedness Month. Emergencies are disrupted and can happen at any time, however | 00:28:38
preparedness can enable. | 00:28:45
Residents have peace upon in times of uncertainty, which can help create a more resilient county overall, signed by all five | 00:28:53
county commissioners. | 00:28:57
Huge hurricane hit Florida. I think that expresses how important this is. Ironic that we're doing this and you have a hurricane | 00:29:05
hit landfall in Florida. So commissioners, thank you. Appreciate the recognition of national prepare this month. | 00:29:12
Ohh problem focusing on on on more county. | 00:29:20
And I think, I think the importance kind of. | 00:29:23
Kind of goes to what's happening in our country currently with the, with obviously with our hurricane well county, we're not | 00:29:26
immune from disasters. | 00:29:30
Last summer we were dealing with chickens. | 00:29:35
Ohh, I pat. Avian influenza. Most people forget about that. But I bet you didn't. You don't forget that you paid $5 for a dozen of | 00:29:37
eggs. | 00:29:41 | |
Um. | 00:29:45 | |
So the the floods in 2013 hit us pretty hard. We're still going through the recovery piece of that on the financial side with FEMA | 00:29:46
and the state. So that that sticks in mind there as well. I think what's important is making sure that. | 00:29:53
We understand that the planning and preparedness really comes back to local, local, individual and stuff like that because during | 00:30:00
those arts disasters. | 00:30:04
First responders now in our, our, our teams that are out there working are inundated with that and so as we prepare as individuals | 00:30:09
we better better able to respond and recover from an incident like that. | 00:30:15
So with with that and other things like I can't go without recognizing the folks that that help us. So we have our Emergency | 00:30:23
Management team that these guys introduce themselves in a minute. | 00:30:27
But we wouldn't be successful without the the other county departments are push responders, the the folks that help us on a daily | 00:30:33
basis. | 00:30:38 | |
But then also on our non. | 00:30:43
Non Governmental Organizations are volunteer organizations that help us during disaster. | 00:30:45
I'm going through whether it's working either in the Emergency Operations center or working in that recovery process. | 00:30:50
Umm and and helping us through that. So, so again I want to thank you. Thank you for that. I think one of the things that's | 00:30:55
important within Weld County and our emergency operations plan for our emergency operations office. | 00:31:01
We're set up a little bit unique than the rest of the counties. We do have our health preparedness coordinator that works within | 00:31:08
our office and that's been a great success. I want to recognize that that option and obviously the board supporting that. So I | 00:31:14
want to thank, thank the board, thank you guys for supporting Emergency Management officer you do. | 00:31:20
Helping us to provide some of the training where we bring. | 00:31:27
Sometimes hundreds of people in to to drill you for for a few days, but it's good. I think it shows the success that we've had and | 00:31:30
the ability to respond. | 00:31:35
And be better prepared. So thank you and let these guys introduce themselves and and what their area of expertise is and then | 00:31:40
we'll go from there. | 00:31:44
Good morning, commissioners. Dave Burns, senior coordinator, kind of overseeing all the hazmat coordination for the county and | 00:31:50
doing all the Tier 2 reporting and TRP's. | 00:31:55
Good morning. I'm Andrew London and I'm the emergency preparedness specialist working for the health department, working in OEM. | 00:32:06
Good morning, commissioners. I'm Ben Atkins. I'm the training and exercise coordinator putting together all the trainings to try | 00:32:15
and. | 00:32:17 | |
Increase all this preparedness that we have in the community. | 00:32:21
However, I'm placing my case. | 00:32:26
I have the corner office and that keep everyone in line. | 00:32:29
I appreciate all your back up your support on OEM and I think it's really people have it in the forefront as far as you can | 00:32:33
prepare for anything that might happen. Thank you. | 00:32:38
And we have an additional person, Denise Bradshaw. She wasn't able to be here this morning. She was showing a little under the | 00:32:46
weather, so. | 00:32:49 | |
Yeah. It's just thank you for all that you do and the recognition for this proclamation. So thank you. | 00:32:52
Essentially, people go this way this time. | 00:32:58
Great job. You know, you're the team we don't ever want to have to use, but but you're the team that has us all prepared in case | 00:33:01
we need to, right? | 00:33:04
There's always disasters that are getting in and. | 00:33:09
We don't have a plan and we're not prepared. Then we can't deploy our services like we need to the residents of Weld County. | 00:33:11
Over and over again when there was COVID, whether it was. | 00:33:17
Flood you guys, have have wrote Risen. | 00:33:20
To the challenge and I just want to say great job. | 00:33:22
Keep it up, we'll we'll be ready when the next thing gets. | 00:33:25
Good job. | 00:33:29 | |
Mr. Singh. | 00:33:30 | |
I have a question for you. One of you. | 00:33:32
Has anybody ever told you that you saved their life because of the training you gave them? | 00:33:35
Or the skills you gave them. | 00:33:41
Yes. | 00:33:44 | |
And I will say the other thing to that point, I'm gonna say save a life. But during the 2013 floods, we've had comments come back | 00:33:47
of being very appreciative of all the training and preparedness that we do so that they could actually manage and help support. | 00:33:56
The incident so. | 00:34:05
Yes, saving lives is our number one priority and the training goes for that, but I think also the training that we provide to. | 00:34:07
Ohh senior leadership elected officials. | 00:34:15
And first responders. | 00:34:19
Pays in dividends because those are the people that are in the forefront and on the front lines doing the work and helping them be | 00:34:20
be prepared too as well. | 00:34:25
I think the other thing I would mention from that is so one of the things that one of the many things that we do is. | 00:34:31
I'm going out into the communities and um. | 00:34:36
Working with the community events. | 00:34:39
And this last year some of our some of our folks participated in some training for Citizens for Preparedness. | 00:34:41
And while we were had all, we had different booths set up across across the county. | 00:34:50
A lot of those folks had had come up and recognized the Emergency Management table and said thanks, those are really good | 00:34:55
trainings and stuff like that. That was in coordination with the with Windsor and Lamar County and put that training on and so | 00:35:01
people were like yes, we want your information, yes, we want those preparedness guides, so. | 00:35:06
Again, I really appreciate that and I I I just think. | 00:35:12
I've heard such good things from across the board, especially the 2013 flooding and. | 00:35:16
Just the help that you were able to give, I'm glad it's not called emergency preparedness, even though we do some of those things, | 00:35:21
essentially preparedness so that we can equip our communities to respond. | 00:35:26
Quickly so they can save lives. Thank you. | 00:35:30
Thank you, Mr. Book. Ohh wow. I'm fortunate to be the coordinator and I hear all the things that you all are doing and you're not | 00:35:34
sitting at your desk. You're constantly out in the community reaching out and making those connections, whether it's a symposium | 00:35:38
or. | 00:35:43 | |
And senior program, I think I saw Gracie maybe at the senior symposium, but it's just wonderful that you are engaged so much with | 00:35:48
the community. | 00:35:53
Personally I can't thank you enough for all the text messages all the code reads. | 00:35:57
Just for an individual myself, it gives me just comfort to know. I call it Big Brother. You're you're out there watching over us | 00:36:03
and letting us know if there's anything that should be a concern and that's. | 00:36:09
It just gives me so much comfort and I'm so grateful and I know I've shared it with you, Dave. I. | 00:36:16
But we haven't thanked you enough for all the text messages that you know, just look in the sky and. | 00:36:20
Be more observant. Observant of your surroundings. So thank you team. Thank you for all that you do. | 00:36:25
Thanks, James. | 00:36:32
As we have seen fires and floods and tornadoes and and. | 00:36:35
And hurricanes and pestilence and dogs laying down with cats. And then the whole thing. | 00:36:39
You guys are there and you've trained for it and you're on top of it and it is obvious that it's shown that we needed it. | 00:36:44
I am. | 00:36:49 | |
I have a rather nontraditional request of you though. I'm 17 year old son who now daily gets behind a wheel. And I say son, slow | 00:36:51
down, don't follow so close, be careful. You gotta get an accident and I get it. And anybody who has a teenage who knows. | 00:36:57
Knows that kind of general noise that they make. | 00:37:05
I'm not going to get in that accident yet. Some they call it an accident. It's not an intention. It's an accident. It was not | 00:37:08
planned. | 00:37:12 | |
And thankfully, folks like you planned for that, which we never intend to happen, and I'm glad that you do. | 00:37:17
How about 17 year old boy who wants him? | 00:37:22
OK, If you're used to the auctions down at the stockyards. So I do have to make one comment, Mr. Buck. So you're telling me this | 00:37:28
is the one time you're not checking. It actually is a positive thing that I'm from, I'm from the government and I'm here to help | 00:37:33
you. | 00:37:38 | |
Appreciate it. | 00:37:45
Stop. You know, I, you know, I just gotta tell you little fantastic job you guys do. I mean, I was actually sitting here in 2013. | 00:37:47
We had before and the coordination that you had with first responders throughout this county all over the place. And the fact that | 00:37:53
and the fact that we were able to accomplish what we were able to accomplish in that is as bad as that was and not a single | 00:37:59
fatality in Weld County. That is pretty incredible. And it's because of your ability and your team's ability aware to be to make | 00:38:05
people aware of. | 00:38:11
That was common when it was common and when they needed to pay attention and get away from where they were. So it was a. | 00:38:17
It was a it was a pretty amazing four or five days sitting there over there in the in the operation center watching that unfold. | 00:38:25
So I it's to this day it's one of the things that has has. | 00:38:31
Been amazing to me. So once again, thank you for what you guys do. Thank you for the trains that you provide for first responders | 00:38:38
and the and the number of events that we've had over the years. | 00:38:42
Either here or off site and bringing people from first responders and and and from around this county altogether and and putting | 00:38:48
that training in place. It's it matters so much because you know the question is when are we going to have them next to disaster | 00:38:53
the question is. | 00:38:59
We don't know when, but we know it'll happen. So thank you very much, Roy. Thank you. OK. | 00:39:05
And with that, we'll take a picture. | 00:39:11
Ohh, come on. | 00:39:16 | |
I have to get. | 00:39:32 | |
Technical error on my phone, sorry. | 00:39:40

We'll move on to public comment. Is there anybody in the audience that wishes to come up and discuss anything that's on our agenda | 00:53:15
for up to 3 minutes? | 00:53:19
Good morning. Good morning. | 00:53:25
Go back. | 00:53:27 | |
Catherine and Kevin Beyond 6251 County Road 20. | 00:53:29
And when we were here on Monday, we brought to your attention there. | 00:53:33
The erroneous access that was on the five plots that have been recorded. | 00:53:36
From our property and we've provided a timeline of events of things that we've tried to do to get this corrected. And I submitted | 00:53:42
an updated timeline this morning that goes back further than 2023. | 00:53:48
So I just wanted to go with that, but also really quickly. I just wanted to put this scenario in a different format. | 00:53:54
If I went to Weld County Sheriff's Office and ask for a copy of my concealed carry permit, they would ask me for a copy of my | 00:54:01
driver's license. | 00:54:04
If I hand them a copy of my neighbors driver's license, they're not going to give me a copy of my concealed carry permit. | 00:54:07
This is a similar scenario. The Planning Department requested a copy of Miss Knutson's easement agreement. | 00:54:13
Survived a copy of the neighbors easement agreement but. | 00:54:20
The plants were still filed utilizing that easement agreement. So it's a. | 00:54:24
It just doesn't apply. | 00:54:28
So that's. I just wanted to throw that out there. And this is just the first of three lots. She has another. | 00:54:30
±20 acres of lots that I've. | 00:54:36
Believe she'll be subdividing, so I just want to ensure that this is handled swiftly. | 00:54:40
In order to prevent further promulgation on to recorded exemptions. | 00:54:46
And I know that our our County Attorney is is looking into this and and so we're working on it. | 00:54:53
May I ask when I may receive a response if I can response by Friday? | 00:55:00
She is represented by council. I will be providing a letter in response to council. | 00:55:04
OK, there you go. | 00:55:10
So he always he'll respond to your cause, you cause you have the attorney that's representing you and so he'll respond to your | 00:55:12
attorney. | 00:55:15 | |
Thank you. | 00:55:18 | |
Thank you. Thank you. | 00:55:20
OK, let me additional public comment. | 00:55:23
OK. Seeing no further public comment, we will adjourn at 950. Thanks everybody. | 00:55:27 |
Please stand and join me for the Pledge of Allegiance. | 00:05:55
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, | 00:05:58
indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. | 00:06:04

And then there's a lot of folks. | 00:11:29

done, but I've just got a question for you. | 00:13:28
The baby beds think they might fit. | 00:26:15
Ohh. | 00:26:18 | |
OK everyone ready? | 00:26:25
1/2. | 00:26:27 | |
3. | 00:26:29 | |
1. | 00:26:31 | |
2. | 00:26:31 | |
3. | 00:26:32 | |
OK. | 00:39:42 | |
Thank you. OK, we're ready. | 00:39:46
