Tom takes our Flewell County Housing Authority. You got a letter that indicated that we were in trouble status. I give you some 00:09:23

By March of each year, we're required to do a in-house audit of files. Are not all the files. There's a number of files out there. 00:09:34
By a third person to look at that and also go out and re inspect some of the units that are being. 00:09:46

These were for 20 and 21, but due to COVID we didn't do this. We had an exemption. We got the word. I'm not sure quite when. 00:09:56
Now, but in early 23 that we needed to do it again, we didn't have enough time to do it. They initially said well just ask for an 00:10:07

Six or seven weeks later we got a letter backstand our extension if it died so we would go into trouble status. 00:10:17
And then that they would come out and do an inspection or basically originally it was supposed to be a off site inspection, turned 00:10:25
out to be an on site. 00:10:30
So they came, that's the letter you got was for that inspection. We did have some issues on that inspection that we're going to 00:10:35
have to correct. We'll be getting a letter on that in the future. 00:10:40
