With the award of this bid, Long Technology became the single source vendor in accordance with county code. 00:06:26

Motion carries. Thanks, Heather. 00:07:26
Yeah, for #4 consider contract ID 7285 Agreement for purchase of public road right away and granted temporary construction 00:07:28
easement for County Road 76 and 35 Intersection improvements Project and authorize chair to sign any necessary documents. Brian 00:07:35
and Vivian Foss. Good morning, Commissioners. Tiffany Johnson, Department of Public Works. 00:07:41
I'm here to present a couple of right of way agreements for you. This first agreement is County Road 76 and 35. 00:07:48
Umm, right now we have 4 land owners at that intersection. This is the first land landowner that we've acquired right away from 00:07:55
Brian and Vivian Frost. We are acquiring .31 acres of right of way and .041 acres of temporary construction easement at the 00:08:03
northwest corner. We have made that offer of $6390.00 for all of the all of the right of way easements and impacts, which included 00:08:10
some landscaping improvements that we're going to be taking out with that. 00:08:18
Our section. 00:08:25
If you have any questions, this is one that's that's. 00:08:27
And a touchy area right now just because of all of the detour traffic that's going on 74 and 33 and 35 and so I will be bringing 00:08:32
three more for this intersection here hopefully probably by the end of next week, so. 00:08:39
This starts it off. Alright, questions. We have to prove contract ID 7285. 00:08:47
Thank you. Moved by Commissioner Ross, second by Commissioner James to approve. All in favor, aye? 00:08:53
Post function curves and replied Consider contract ID 7389 Agreement for purchase of public road right away for Cairo 6 and 13 00:08:58
Intersection improvements Project Authorized chair Decide any necessary documents Jordan and E Marie Gutierrez. 00:09:05
Tiffany Johnson, Department of Public Works. This is the improvement project for six and 13. You may recall we've already approved 00:09:13
two of those on the north side, the View property, which is on the NW corner and also the Kirkland property, which is on the 00:09:20
southeast corner. This week we'll be saying today the Gutierrez property, they're probably the most impacted property out of all 00:09:28
of this in terms of like private improvements that are occurring. Jordan represents his mother, Marie. So that's why you might. 00:09:36
The only one signature on the agreement, she's actually been quite sick, so. 00:09:43
This particular project is important because there is a driveway that we're we are relocating with this particular property and 00:09:49
it's a pretty long driveway. So we worked a lot with Jordan trying to figure out if he was going to contract the to build it or if 00:09:56
we were going to contract to build it and in order to control the construction schedule. And I think I'll leave some of those 00:10:03
concerns of untypical landowner who's not, who's not, nor who who doesn't have any history or background with managing. 00:10:11
Contractors, what we agreed to is that the county would relocate and reconstruct the portion of his driveway that we're moving out 00:10:18
so that it meets safety, safety concerns and spacing criteria. 00:10:24
So with that agreement, we actually are purchasing 1.966 acres of public right of way along County Road 6 and along County Road 00:10:29
13. 00:10:35
We are acquiring .907 acres of temporary construction easement. 00:10:40
And in order to kind of keep this contract moving, we were offered Jordan and his mother assigning incentive. 00:10:47
Because we are ready to go to construction when we get the agreements in place in terms of relocating activities, we offered a 00:10:54
$15,000 sighting incentive. 00:10:59
I'm asking the board today for a total of $71,818 for voluntary agreement with the Gutierrez family. 00:11:04
OK. 00:11:13
That's one of the questions. Need a roll call vote please? 00:11:14
Move to approve contract ID 73. I'm sorry, it's considered. My apologies. 00:11:17
Yeah. Move to approve. Yep. 00:11:22
Thank you. Like Mr. Ross. Second by Mr. James to approve. 00:11:24
Roll call though. 00:11:28
Skating yes. Kevin Ross voice saying no. Payback Yes. Mike Freeman, Yes. Let the record reflect that the motion carries A41 with 00:11:30
commissioner saying abstain, I mean with the Commissioner saying voting no. 00:11:36
Do you have a reason to put on the record what, why? Or rather than my reasons, pleasure? 00:11:43
OK. Thank you. 00:11:48
Thank you #7. Consider temporary closures covered 17, County Road 48 and and State Highway 56. 00:11:50

And prior to some Rd. surface improvements along this section of Rd. message boards will be in place in advance. 00:12:13
And water will be used for the detour route is necessary. 00:12:21
OK, questions. 00:12:25
Move to approve Second move by Commissioner James, second by Mr. Ross to approve all in favor. Opposed motion carries #7. Consider 00:12:27
temporary closure of County Road 46 between County Road 5 and Seven. 00:12:33
Really works is requesting this closure to begin on October 2nd and go through October 6. 00:12:39
And this will be replacing and upgrading A drainage culvert. 00:12:44
This is in. 00:12:49

Umm. 00:14:02
Rebuild of library drive access. 00:14:03
And make all their connections. The detour route will use County Road 35 and County Road 42. 00:14:06
OK. 00:14:13

No, it's in there OK or existing code. 00:18:39
That's already existing code. OK, I'll have to pull it up so. So that's not a change, that's where it's always been. 00:18:42
That's not a change. OK, so do we have? The question is, do we have that enumerated somewhere what the Italian deems unacceptable? 00:18:49

Yep. 00:11:22

commissioner saying abstain, I mean with the Commissioner saying voting no. 00:11:36

And water will be used for the detour route is necessary. 00:12:21
OK, questions. 00:12:25
Move to approve Second move by Commissioner James, second by Mr. Ross to approve all in favor. Opposed motion carries #7. Consider 00:12:27
