#2 00:10:08
Prove it be 2300 one 76 Court security screening at various locations. Sheriff's Office. 00:10:10
In August 2023, Royal County advertised a Request for Proposal in the reference to the Court Security, Justice Services Security 00:10:17
Contract. A total of 4 proposals were received from the following companies, More Security and Patrol Services, Precision Security 00:10:27
Team LLC, Tour Guide, Security Federation and Inc and Oculus Systems once all the proposals were received. 00:10:37
Three staff members from the Wall County Sheriff's Office evaluated the proposals based on the following criteria, which is 00:10:47
outlined in the RFP. 00:10:51
Qualifications and functional compatibility. 00:10:56
Tennessee attached matrix indicating the company and their score in these category from each evaluator. 00:11:02
Based on the evaluation criteria, the Royal County Sheriff's Office recommends Bid B, 2300 One 76 be awarded to Precision Security 00:11:09
Team LLC provided a mutual acceptable contract will be agreed upon with Wall County precisions. Bid was the most complete and most 00:11:16
comprehensive of all the bids provided. 00:11:24
Take questions and comments. 00:11:32
This is a this is a very important contract and I will say that. 00:11:36
My, my Courts sergeants over at the Courts Unit. 00:11:41
Really take charge of managing these folks and managing the vendors as well. I think I will go ahead and say the one thing we're a 00:11:44
little frustrated about with this is out of all four bids, there was only one that was complete. Luckily it was the 2nd to lowest 00:11:49
bid. 00:11:54
But. 00:11:59
But yeah, I think, I think what they have there is going to work perfect for us, Jeff you got anything Like I said, we went 00:12:00
through a pretty myself and Sergeant Aguirre went through it pretty well. And Lieutenant Nee. 00:12:07
And looking at all the beds, like I said, Precision was really the only one that gave us that. Everything that we asked for as far 00:12:15
as all the questions were answered on our part, so. 00:12:20
Great. 00:12:26
Question. Yes, so thank you for the matrix as well. 00:12:28
You don't have anything new enumerated under Qualifications and Guessing Bid completion is probably one of those that are 00:12:32
brothers. 00:12:35
They had a lot of experience in the courts units. They actually work closely with Larimer County, so they do a lot of stuff with 00:12:40
courts over there. All the others didn't have that kind of experience as far as. 00:12:47
Court specific type experience of being able to screen people the way that Precision has over in Larimer County. 00:12:55
About the screening and having that particular qualification. 00:13:04
Are they looking for something like the threat coming in? 00:13:08
Always when we're they're the they're our first line, so they're the ones that run everything through the X-ray machines. They run 00:13:12
people through a scanner to see if they have anything that's metal as they're coming in and then. 00:13:19
They kick out stuff that they can't bring in, like knives or. 00:13:26
OC spray or any kind of thing like that, then make sure that those things don't come into the courses. 00:13:31
Hey, Mr. Chair. Captain Journey, you're frustrated. I sense that are you optimistic that this company will provide with county 00:13:37
needs? Yes, yes we are. And I think one thing to clarify is well we use, we use a vendor for this because if we were to do it 00:13:42
ourselves, we probably have to double the size of our courts unit which is not fiscally responsible to the citizens of Wall 00:13:47
County. 00:13:52
And the job they're doing is relatively simple. It's wearing that X-ray machine and and working with my courts team. 00:13:58
But they could. This company could completely do the job, yes. 00:14:05
That said Mr. Cherry would move We approve Bid B 2300 One 76. 00:14:09
