Item number two, consider contract ID 7871 Agreement concerning use of Southwest Service Center Pond and Authorized chair to sign 00:12:49
Northern Colorado Model Boat Club NA MB A District 20. Good morning, Chris. Good morning, Commissioners, Curtis Facilities. 00:12:58
The Northern Colorado Model Boat Club number District 20 has historically used the pond at the Southwest Service Center for model 00:13:07
boat activity each summer. 00:13:12
The attached use agreement is for the 2024 season and then we'll allow the Boat Club to use the pond from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 00:13:16
Saturdays and Sundays beginning April 1st. 00:13:21
Through August 31st of 2024 and the Facilities department is recommending the approval of this agreement. 00:13:25
So that's the pond down there by our service center. Yeah, that fits. To the West of the building. Yeah. They, they're S I've 00:13:32
never gone to see it, but they have, I believe, kids, adults, they run boats. I don't know if they raise them. I don't know what 00:13:36
they do, but we let them do this every year. I've had a couple of people from our office. They've gone down and watched it and 00:13:41

And go through March 22nd. This is a replace in irrigation culvert. The detour is paved and dust treated for this closure. 00:14:24

This is to install 4848 inch casing pipe across County Road 31 further 30 inch water main and this is a continuance of the Eaton 00:15:54

There's been a license at this location since February 2001 and the current owner has was granted a license in March 2016. Staff 00:17:01
has no concerns with this referral and we would recommend your approval. And as this is a renewal, it is not a required public 00:17:05
hearing, but it is the trade prerogative if you want to open up to the public. I don't think we need to have a public hearing 00:17:10
